Agree with Zedebee, a good quality non adjustable set of springs and shocks will be much much better than cheap coil overs, they’re cheap for a reason, they don’t generally last very long, springs rates are hap hazard, they snap easily, waste of money and ride quality.

How bad would someone else’s need to be to go to the either effort or cost of swapping theirs out for these though..? It’s not hard to find E89 springs and shocks. Personally I wouldn’t have the nerve to ask money for these, but whatever… Might be an idea to state which model of Z4 they’re off.

Absofukinlutely….i’m never retiring, I might not work for money in 10-15yrs but I’ll never stop tinkering in a workshop etc, the thought of doing nothing scares the bejesus out of me. I’ve seen blokes retire at 65 from manual jobs and they’re in the ground 3 years later, they cease to function...

Cashed my pension in and put it in bricks and mortar, it’s a hassle at times but overall better than the alternatives at the moment, but the time will come when I won’t be able to want to deal with being a landlord, it’s bad enough now.
