Are you describing tramlining at 70mph. That would be tires.

I was under the impression ceramic coating only lasted a few years... Sounds suspicious.

I'm keeping the E89 as my daily. The 4C is a blast, but not a daily.

Well, I bought the Alfa 4C. Absolutely love it, but it would be a sin to use it as a daily. So I'm keeping the Z4. La Vita e Bella!

Relatively simple repair. Here is my tutorial.

Keep an eye on it. In my case the oil was coming up thru the connector, not leaking into the connector externally. Broken internal seal. Repair requires pulling the valve cover.

First of all, my oil filter assembly also has the cooler module. Some tutorials suggest sucking out about a litre of coolant from the expansion, tank prior to disassembly. Is this really necessary?

I've had a similiar issue and it turned out to be the eccentric valve sensor. Don't know for sure if it was the actual sensor or the oil saturated connector.

FYI, after my call and the front desk confirmed that they have decided to approve my submission. It took them another 6 weeks to process the approvel. So then I called again and they said, yes it was approved and forwarded to BMW for their approval and that would take an additionl 6 weeks...

There was no way of emailing them. You had use usps mail or Fax. If you went some other way, I assume you are not being processed. You can call them at 844-857-0341 to verify your in the system. You should have heard something by now. Even if there was a problem with your submission, they...

I'm running Textar pads now. Dirtiest pad ever.

You probably bent something and a specific sensor is not triggering to let the CTM know it's in position. Thus pump keeps running.
