The UPS tracker shows it came from the US but I’m wondering if paying into their Netherlands account in Euros made the difference

I was expecting to but I roughly worked out that it would still be cheaper with the duties added on. It got delivered today with UPS without me having to pay any extra fees. I even got another 5% of using their FB discount code “m4cfbfan”.
