The rubber is good actually it's unfortunately the soft top that's beginning to tear a little bit. It's very strong around 95% of the car just the edges. Guess it got too wet or more than likely it was the previous shop. The previous owner had the entire top removed for an estimate then backed...

It's only separated on the ends of the U. Just about 3-4 inches on each corner. I definitely don't want to replace the whole top because the rest of it is in good condition... Have the top out of the car because I'm replacing the hydraulic unit but I'd like to maybe RTV this or some other epoxy...
