I have updated the post with some videos of the cold start. Very abnormal, but after 3-4 restarts, it starts smoothly.

So since the stored code wrote cylinder 4, we swapped 3&4 around, but under acceleration the computer would start to show more cylinders misfiring, therefore we think it is something to do with a fueling issue.
