Can anyone provide me with instances i.e. which dealers have replaced fixed the hydraulic Motor due to Water Ingress under warranty ? And which dealers ? Many Thanks in Advance A fed up Z4 owner !!

BMW UK services say that Any damage to a BMW car due to Water Ingress is not covered under warranty. Does this sound right ? The dealer can not proove it is water ingress, but will not do anything unless I agree to pay for their time to remove the hood :-(

Well I live near a railway station so maybe it is those troublesome wrong type of leaves!!! The quote breakdown was 3 hours labour at £160 per hour plus £300 for a new motor. What confuses me is how does a blocked/poor drainage system mean the warranty is void??
