    I re entered the form and set my birthday to a day and year before todays date...making me just 21...took it down to £1000... I can hold on till march? i think? :cry:

    hi thanks for the welcome... i've got my mum on my current insurance policy as a named driver and it took down by around £400, definately something i'll try. thanks again

    thanks for that site spud. Turns out I live in an A ranked area so that's good news. My plan was to keep the fiesta (with me insured as the main driver collecting ncb, adding my gf as a named driver on that) and then do the opposite with the z4 as this would appear to be the cheapest option...

    thanks for your help...that's where i'd been looking but with no previous experience of z4's I was wondering what the general problems I should look out for are? I think I may have to wait a few months till i'm 21 as when looking on comparison sites it took the insurance down from around £1700...
