    The LED's I have have four facets and closely mimic the output of an HID bulb, so no problem with the optics in fact the beam pattern and cut off is superb and very controllable

    Just look under the light module section and you will see a selection for each individual light it's called voltage check, maybe you just weren't interested in that function before :)

    sorrt if you feel that way but, You can code out the voltage/current check with Carly for BMW and you CAN run LED headlights with no resistor or can bus fooling device, how am I so sure about this, that's easy because I have done it !!! and as far as the Philips halogens go you will have to ask...

    Agree with you re coding out rear lights ir indicators, actually lots of people upgrade their Z's to LED or HID but they use third party headlight units just like I have, but I would like to use them in the OEM headlights, and unfortunately BMW seem to change the adaptor type between different...

    The z4 has an adaptor which changes the Standard H7 fitting to a twist in arrangement

    Sorry but your wrong, if you code out the voltage check you get no errors and no resistor or canbus device is needed, I know this because I have fitted the bulbs and tried them jut can't fit them to the headlights yet, and I want to do it because I can, thanks for your input however in accurate...

    Hi all, I'm trying to fit LED bulbs to my OEM z4 headlights but have come across an obstacle, there doesn't seem to be an Adaptor available for the LED bulbs that fits the OEM socket, I've tried a HID adaptor but that didn't work either, has anyone fitted LED bulbs with fans in the OEM lights...
