No I assume auto just refers to air distribution & fan speed. Temp should be constant?

Does my heater have a problem or are all Z4 heaters similar? The only way to have a constant flow of hot air seems to be by selecting the temperature control to 28° which is then too hot & the only way to maintain comfort is to reduce the fan speed. Adjusting the temperature to anything lower...
