    E89 Mid range door speakers

    The original 3 mounting screws are just long enough to fit the new, deeper 100n upgrade midrange speakers into my 2015 e89. The door card refits easily with the speakers 4/5mm proud of the originals. Would recommend slightly longer screws if you wish

    100N is about 4/5mm to deep for the door recess BUT they are in and sound much better even before being broken in. Eton website states the 100N are E89 compatible but only just. Tweeters fit fine. Staggered how cheap/nasty the base door speakers are, will work my way round the rest of the car...

    :sos: Installing Eton B100 n to upgrade door and add tweeters to the existing housing. Its a base system originally so 6 speakers. Do I need to add crossovers? The kit comes with a connector from the midrange to the tweeter, but the compatibility chart and instructions on the eton site says...

    :D Well, this goes a bit. Very pleased with it. Just want the rain to stop...1st BMW, pure Fusion interior, exhaust vacuum delete in the morning (golf tee) then vinyl protection for the paint. Comfort option was listed on the bmw dealers car history but the boot wont semi open on the remote.
