    Scottish Z4M Clubsport build

Yes you are right but due to the shape of the topmounts and the turret when the topmounts is moved in the further point to gain negative camber the point fouls on the inside of the turret and does not allow the correct degree of negative camber

Thanks Vanne, I’m waiting for rear tower reinforcement plates to go inside the turrets, will also get a strait brace made for the topside to sandwich it all together. So the shifter does centre itself but I’ve found myself going 5th to 6th or 3rd to 4th a few times when coming down the gear...

What did you do to your Z4M today?

Give mine a good going over after a track night. Nitron coilovers need a bit more tuning and the geo played around with but overall performed well.

Z4M specific bells for AP Racing Pro5000R BTCC Kit - interest?

had a look at majority for e46m3 bbks and there are all saying the are cross compatible with the M. still struggling to see where the 2mm offset comes from ? the e46 m3 csl 345mm disk has the exact same height and the 325mm m3 disk which makes me think theres no offset. could it ust be due to...

Z4M specific bells for AP Racing Pro5000R BTCC Kit - interest?

i know if you go to 360mm or bigger the disk can foul, i tried to use the e92 disks but was too close for my liking. where about did you put the spacer ? between the kingpin and the carrier, so making the caliper further outwards ? the track width also includes the wheels which were larger on...

Z4M specific bells for AP Racing Pro5000R BTCC Kit - interest?

Ed, Curious to know more about this, i've just had Godspeed make me a direct replacement for the csl disk in a 2piece floating setup. running the Brembo calipers with e46 adapter and have no issues. interesting to hear that there is a 2mm offset as my discs are running in the centre of the caliper.

    Freakyparts brake kit clearance issues

i have the same kit and havent had this issue. did you centralise the caliper when they were fitted ? i loosened the radial bolts to the cliper and jammed the brake pedal down. then retightened the bolts and had equal distance to the front and back side of the calipers.
