Had the A698 code return, I understand this is likely a microswitch issue. The A68C issue seems to have been unrelated. Are these the two microswitches at the rear of the boot lid, or the ones further into the boot which can be accessed by putting into service mode?

Thank you everyone for your replies! Roof issue has now been resolved, the issue was a snapped wired in the rear window shell drivers side, aligning with the error code A68C. All other error codes disappeared after this and roof is opening/closing normally.
