Having done my passenger seat recently (and using it as a learning experience), working on my drivers side ‘frankenseat’. Experience helps - had the seat removed from car and taken apart in about 25 min.

Got this one in the sale, very satisfied with it. Plugs in, a bit fiddly as the car harness has a bit short wiring, but doable. Be aware it ships from US so shipping costs and import duties do add up.
