Looking at replacing the oil filter and coolant gaskets, are Elring OEM quality, or would febi bilstien be better, or is there any other brands I should be looking at I believe the tensioner is INA from BMW, but what about the belt?

Im planning on swapping mine as its got some rust spots, but where the little window rubber meets the panel, it looks to be stuck down, can someone advise what tape should be used when replacing. the same type of rubber is what runs along top of door too thats stuck down would this be ok...
