You will see from my earlier response I also fitted CC3S on 19” wheels and agree with sars feel very assured in wet and/or colder conditions and not any more noisy than my standard sport tyres possibly quieter.
I don’t push the car to its limits, so can’t comment from that perspective but for my daily use and fun trips they feel just fine in terms of noise levels and grip. Once daytime temperatures drop and you get those cold damp days I just feel more comfortable with these.
