Hi Updating you on the chain of events after multiple times of taking the tank out checking lines leaks pumps etc it turns out we cut off the Febi blistien mesh filter leaving the grommet attached hay presto it works fine have ordered a new filter $20 spent a lot of time problem solving this one...
