I did the same thing, but silver. I used normal "caliper paint" as the rear ones usually run cooler than the fronts, they held up really well. :)

Current pics of my car in hibernation shows the quality of KW are great, my kit is several years old by now. The faff adjustment is made a lot easier by making a small lid for rear left bump adjust.

Hi’ya! My M has developed a very slight misfire at cold starts, which has gotten a little worse this year. It goes away when the secondary air pump / ”smogpump” shuts down - after I’d say 30sec - then it runs perfectly. I’ve checked compression, all coils & plugs are all new. Any guess? Seems...

Anyone else running these Brembo (Trophy R) calipers? I don't know if I'm imagining things but they seem to run hotter than std on trackdays etc, leading me to think the front bias is too much..? I do have semislicks (Nankang AR-1) now which with extra grip may induce more heat aswell? New...

Mine before hibernation

Hi all, what are my options for a decent fitting, not too expensive rear spoiler for my Coupe? I know about the Bmw oem (exstinct?) and Skyers larger one (expensive). What more are there I should know of?

Wanted, door window left Z4 Coupe E86.

Anybody have a good guess what's usually causing creaks coming from rear left, say when changing from reverse and turning in a garage, flat floor..? So the noise doesn't need bumps, which I guess excludes shock mounts etc.

Hmm dont know how you mean? You mean the piston I temporarly took out? In that case it was for measurment material thickness, before sanding the outside. I ordered custom 8mm spacers to clear the OEM wheels (which I use with track AR-1 tires)

Got mine to fit the CSL's without spacers, the OEM 18" still need 5mm spacers. Very happy! And they look so much better than the std calipers. Used the same 650deg silver paint. Anyone else having issues with the HEL brakelines provided by FreakyParts? They're too short to be fitted in the...
