Bit of a long shot, but thought I might as well post these on here just in case someone has something VAG and fancies them. Posted on VW and Skoda forums and haven't even been told they're overpriced or pointless, which is disappointing ;)

Full set of 4 very rare front (the rears are too big, so you need four fronts) Mclaren 570S super-lightweight wheels - will fit many VAG models (VW, Skoda, Seat, Audi). Happy to help check if they'll fit your vehicle. To be clear, they will not fit BMW, otherwise I think they'd look perfect on an E89...

These are the forged wheels that were a £10,000 Mclaren extra when new. Incredibly light (about 7.5kg each) and strong.

All 4 wheels are 19 inch/8J/ET32.5
Bolt pattern 5x112
Centre bore 57.1mm

All come with 235/35/19 Pirelli P-Zero (PZ5) Tyres fitted in 2025 and used for approx 5,000 miles. Ranked first in tyrereviews .com "Best Performance Tyres for 2025" test.

Absolutely no known cracks or other structural defects. Happy to provide more photos/closeups on request.

Bought these in 2025 (took months to find all 4) and ran them on my Yeti over the Summer (they fit perfectly) - back on winter wheels and tyres now. I've seen a set on a Skoda Superb before and they looked brilliant.

Could do with a refurb if you want perfection, but they're very presentable as is.

Happy to meet part way or deliver depending on location. Happy to answer any questions and provide additional photos on request.

£1,950 based in Wiltshire.

I think that’s the most British thing to have £10k McLaren wheels on a Skoda Yeti

Brilliant!!

Appreciate the comment - when on the car they were met with a mix of laughter, bemusement and scorn. Probably exactly what I was hoping for.

Also tried a Lambo wheel but didn't like the look. That's also for sale if anyone wants it for £200, but it's pretty common, quite heavy and no one wants them, so it'll probably become a coffee table in the shed...

When you look at what people want for genuine CSL wheels they don't seem dear and I think they look great, but I just couldn't bring myself to buy anything VAG!

They would look rather good on my RS4, except they would need fairly chunky spacers. I wonder whether four rear wheels would fit:driving:

I think it's only 2008 or early RS4 that had the same centre bore. The offset is only a few mm out on compared to OEM on that model, plus the wheels are an inch narrower.

Anything later and you'd need to make the centre bore bigger.

Centre bore and bolt pattern also fit:

A few new MG EVs
Some Lambos (technically VAG)
The new Ford Explorer and Capri

That’s right, centre bore and PCD is the same as my B7, but the reduced width and slight offset difference adds up to about 20mm reduction in “poke”

Nice wheels, shame about the centre bore being smaller as, the PCD is correct for BMW G-series

Yeah that would look a bit odd without big spacers. When I was looking for these there were plenty of 20" rears on ebay at a lower price, but I think they are ET24 and 10J so you might have the opposite problem.

There are companies who will increase the centre bore for you, but it's probably not something I'd go for personally.

They don’t even look particularly special.
To clarify: wasn't intended to cause offence at all. Just saying that compared with other wheels of a similar design, only a few would appreciate the difference in weight and value. For everyone else, they are just a wheel and you'd have to keep telling everyone what they were, which would be a bit odd.

It's ok, I didn't make them! To be honest, on the Yeti I preferred the look of a different Mclaren wheel that I tried, but it seemed a bit counterintuitive to get Mclaren wheels that were heavier than the Skoda originals - not that saving 16kg on a Yeti is going to make any noticeable difference to how it drives.

They are just wheels, but there's no need to tell anyone what they are. Some people notice, most don't. If someone doesn't notice Mclaren badges on Yeti wheels then they probably aren't the sort of person who would be interested to be told that they are Mclaren wheels.

Takes all sorts.

Would a 'heavily modified Superb' be a 'Superlative'? :sneaky:
Something I was tempted by for my next car actually, the 280 version has the same engine as a Golf R - 340bhp easily with a remap and plenty more possible. Plus the biggest boot known to man.

Google AI suggests sublime, magnificent, transcendent or awe-inspiring.

I like the sound of a Skoda Awe-Inspiring.
