What have you done to your car today?

Rear spring carriers got striped down and descaled after a hot steam wash in the dishwasher (obviously whilst the other half was at work :wink:)

Then they were treated to some Powerflex polybushes, pretty straightforward for once :D

I'd put it down to the limescale descaler solution, left it to work for about an hour and then wire brush the stubborn bits. Followed by a 90 minute dishwasher cycle and came out pretty decent.

MOT for mine today. Passed with all in tact. Was underneath pulling all the grass out of places from the car parking at Mallory Park a couple of weeks back. It was great to park nose down on a slope in a rwd car in deep grass . Somehow we got out and took the grass away as a souvenir :roll:

Finally managed to remove the wiper arms and fix the mechanism. Ample testing opportunity on the way home: job done :thumbsup:
