I thought it was priced strongly back then and now there’s another £2.5k in it as a private sale … a tad greedy. Feels like the seller has miss timed his sale, being as it’s the end of summer and the performance car bubble is starting to deflate as everyone is mindful of what may come in the coming months.

That plate doesn't look like it says 032 but if the car's reg is FN04 HVV, Sterling Grey, Lux, 66k at last MOT (13/07/22), 5 owners then it's #032

I'd agree with you that the plaque doesn't look like #032, but FN04HVV as Perry said it's registered against VIN #032. I've not heard of/seen clear evidence of any RS's with a mis-match between the stamped VIN and the build plaque, but there are plenty of others out there: E46 B3S, E92 B3 BiTurbo & G31 B5 BiTurbo for example. So it can happen.
