Autotech Telford

Took the M to Autotech today to have them give it a once-over.
Can't praise them enough. Pete knows his stuff, is very knowledgeable and gets an A* for customer service.
Definitely worth a journey there.
Said I'd give them a shout out on here.
(Thanks for letting me see your 'new car' Pete, awesome!)

The workshop is really tidy and clean as well which I like. Shows how they work imo.

I went there for a brake fluid change on the MC a couple of months ago and wasn't overly impressed or disappointed the same.
I didn't get to look in the workshop or talk to any of the mechanics, I tried to make conversation with the guy on the desk but he didn't seem too interested or really have any knowledge/ interest in cars.
They also forgot to stamp the service book so had to pop back in to get it stamped, luckily I was still on the industrial estate when I thought to check.
No issues with the work though, no mess or marks on the car etc.

Always take mine to Pete as he's a top mechanic who knows the guts of the car. As you say Carol the tidy workshop says a lot about how they work. There's some impressive cars in there and Pete is always enthusiastic and willing to share his knowledge about them

I have to say I don't use anymore as been fed some untruths.

I use Anthony at AP Automotive who is a 'Genuine' BMW technician with certificates displayed and a very clean workshop. Top prices to.
