Very nice!

Really can’t go wrong with a mesh style wheel on these cars

The fitment looks good there Mikey_Boy. What are the offsets as a matter of interest? We have a set of Arc8's in hyperblack, 18x10ET25 and 18x9ET42 to fit to one of our coupes. I'm hoping to use 235/40 and 265/40 tyre sizings but with a spacer on the front.(Cos Big Brakes perhaps one day)

Sorry for the hijack but if your question is about fitment I may be able to help - I'm running Apex EC7 18x8.5 ET35 on the front and 18x10 ET25 of the rear - fronts have a 245/40/18 tyre fitted and rear 265/40/18.

You'll definitely need a spacer on the front with that offset, why so shallow?!

Not really a fan of the dish for the front. Plus if my memory is correct we bought several sets at the same time direct from APEX, and some had been used as display items so the cost savings were very good, and this set was left after selling the others off. And apart from an Apex wheel set, I'm trying hard to resist adding stuff to this 4MC :)

For BTZ461’s benefit, here are the offsets I am running on the Apex wheels:

8.5 x 19 inch front ET35
9.5 x 19 inch rear ET22

For reference, OEM CSLs are ET44 at the front and ET 27 at the rear. I run a 5mm spacer on the front with the CSLs, no spacers on the Apex wheels.

much better, you'll notice they don't clunk half as much in this configuration . mines due to MOT next week, its first clean , install the parts hoard, correct paint , PPF it , then throw some miles on it, plus track days!!

new forged wheels ( still waiting for these as changed my mind on some of the details), new carbon seats ( not fitted yet) , also made some PPF light protection kits, etc... the seats are the Biggy, these were a serious investment with all the need hardware.. the car should be MOT'd by this week then i can get it to my workshop and have some much needed me time. as mentioned before the complete car will be paint corrected then covered in PPF. Would love to do a track day , id guess my first one will be donington .

Seat Friend!!

They do look lovely Byron :) Let me know once you guys have got something booked, I'm definitely planning on getting up to Donny at least once this year, it'd be fun to get out together! I'm currently waiting on my Intrax to be delivered so I can get it on the car along with new rear discs and pads, new front pads, and then a proper corner weighting - then I'm set for some trackdays too, time (and little one) permitting!

Ooooo - lovely Tillet seats! I was very tempted by these for the Z and also for pending track car (BMW E30) as they are deceptively comfy, supportive and fit into tight spaces. Lovely!

Be interested to know how much lighter the forged wheels are - the difference between the 224s and OEM CSL wheels was clear with the ARC 8’s being lighter again so anything forged must be epic.

Hopefully some updates coming from you soon Beedub??

The forged are actually slightly heavier than the flow formed, but their load rating is considerably higher.
I have managed to bend quite a few of the flow formed now (one of my sets have some interesting wheel weight positioning on some of the wheels!).

18x8.5" ET45 according to them is 18.2lbs for flow formed and 18.35 for the forged.
