Its strange that it has no mot history before 2015. Comes up as 1st registered in jan 2015. Owner didnt want to answer any questions

Could have had a different (i.e. private) plate before 2015, or could have come over from Northern Ireland where MOTs aren’t recorded on the same system apparently.

The car seems to check out OK - it isn't an import and has been with the same keeper since 2016.
The owner however is a very different kettle of fish - all academic now anyway on the basis they have ended the sale

That looks very cheap, they could have listed for 22k and it still would have been the lowest similar mileage car by far
