Get one of those side racks they carry big sheets of glass with on vans.

Top down ..
Get your passenger to spread her legs ..
Slip the board between her knees ..
And then tell her to wrap her arms and legs around it .

But then when I saw Carol's Rack comments,
I thought better of it.
