Something our Z's will never do over a whole journey!

Post by texasjohn » Wed Mar 24, 2010 11:11 pm

I had a long drive today, I wasn't in a hurry...so I did 50-55 most of the way to see what I could get. It is a facelift 118d for those who are wondering...

In other news I am getting around 23.5 in the Z4M. I don't feel guilty due to my 'offset' efforts above :D

I can get about 39mpg in my Z4 if I really try :D

76.3mpg isn't bad though... a shame that that is all it is good at though ;)

What will it do if you give it some beans? Early 40's?

So If you had stuck at 70 mph, wonder how much then, 60 or so mpg I would guesstimate, why would anyone buy a prius

Yes about that. It usually sits at around 52-54mpg in normal driving.

I have seen twenties at 130mph, abroad I hasten to add.

The tropical place was Sutton (near Gatwick, not the place near me). When I saw 16 degrees I wished I had taken the Z4.
