How do you remove the glovebox?

Hi All,
I have been using this excellent video which shows most of the process for removing the glove box.

However, he doesn't show how to get to the "hidden screw"! He says "it's accessible with the kick plate off"
I have removed the kick plate, stuck cameras in there, and tried to stick my hand in, but I can't see or find anything.
Does anyone know how?
