Gaptech not responding?

Hey all, I bought a gaptech rch+ roof module from Gary last week via the website http://gap-tech.co.uk/rchp.html
But it's a week later and after three emails across two different emails I have for him I have neither received the product or a reply.
Has anyone else experienced this recently? Before I go chasing him through PayPal etc I wanted to check with the community in case he's had time off, is ill or has been off the emails for personal reasons.
