I can see one relay on the back of the fuse box but the second one is inside the box! Can this be accessed at all?
Did you do a continuity check with a multimeter to make sure the window element doesn't have a break?

Nope. Time was a bit limited tbh.
We can look at that when the car is here for seats etc. You're more up on even basic electrickery than I am.
