bmw z4 28i m sport 2015 model cant get into the boot no battery inside

The boot can be opened from the fuse box by bridging a couple of pins, have a read of the thread below.

I suspect that the boot won’t open because of the roof faults, probably a faulty micro switch or a broken wire.

Thanks I've just found that, I might dare give it a go. I can't access the fuses easily, in fact I've given up a few times as it does not pull down far enough to pull out, I can't open the passenger door as car parked against a wall.

Did you get the handbrake sorted and can now move the car?
When i first tried to access my fuse box it wouldn’t lower enough to pull out, I had to disconnect the big multiplug on the left hand side to allow it to drop and then re route the wiring, if yours is the same just be aware that the wipers will start on their own and you won’t be able to lock the car ( if I remember correctly )

Get the Bimmergeeks ProTool diagnostic software and you will be able to open the boot with just a button press. You can also do it with ISTA, but it's a PIA to load and get running on a laptop.
