A Less Sensitive Indicator ?

Post by Marcoose » Sat Feb 10, 2024 5:18 pm

Morning.

First world problems ... at times the indicator is too sensitive to small steering inputs. I'm approaching a junction, put on the indicator, and whilst fitting the car into the turning lane, going around potholes, etc, the indicator turns off. There are times I have to put on the indicator 3-4 times for the same turn.

Obviously not the end of the world. But has anybody made the indicator less sensitive ?

Thanks.

It's a BMW! What do you need indicators for?
I didn't know they even came with indicators. Where are they, I need to check all three of mine to see if they have this option? :)
All good things come to those who wait. I'm really impatient which explains a lot.

I'm constantly having this problem. I've coded the one-touch indicator to blink 7 times to take the steering override out of the equation.

Annoys me when i try to cancel only to end up resetting it on or hit opposite.
Took me a while to get use to it's operation.
