Ah bugger, thanks for the offer but I’ve bought one from
BMW now. Would’ve had yours otherwise.

Apologies if this seems to be hijacking the thread, i was about to make a "wanted" post for a cruise control switch and was looking through to see if other members had success. If this is still available i would snatch it off your hands in a heartbeat.

£100-115 seems to be the going rate for second hand since I’ve been on the forum, but the dealer price does seem to have gone up significantly.Rockhopper wrote: ↑Sat Mar 02, 2024 2:50 pm Goodness me they’ve shot up in price in the last twelve months!

must've been a little while ago no?
I've talked to a few different places about it, the "vehicle recycling centers" didnt have any available, and all the dealerships are asking £240. ive seen some posts on here of people getting them for alot less but that seems to have been a year ago or more, im guessing at some point they hit a certain "low stock" level that caused dealerships to bump the price. not a clue.
The way I see it adding cruise control to a car for £115 is a major win, even if the switch isnt brand new and has some minor wear in a place I will bearly notice.
