Fronts will be 225/40/18 (currently 225/45/18) I also have H&R springs on rear
Perfect, thank you! that's the exact setup I was running on my 108's and will be running on the 224's. What suspension setup do you have?

I’m at the same stage. I’ve been looking at coilovers but have also been advised to look at B8s with lowering springs.

3.0Si might be different but my MC came fitted with H & R coil-overs, which are firmer than I'd like for road use - might be good on a track though!

But the only adjustment is for ride height. If I was going to buy any coil-overs I'd only want ones that also had adjustable compression and rebound - otherwise lowering springs are probably a cheaper option for much the same result.
Coupes because stunning!
Current - Silver Grey MC, Imola Red heated Nappa & carbon trim. Aeros, H & R Coil-overs, 224s, OE Strut brace, Nav, cup-holders, DSP Hi-Fi, pdc, cruise, MFSW, no CDV! E90 330i daily
Gone - Montego Blue
Gone - Ruby Black

Oh nice, yeah that would be me!
I have a few things that I plan on getting done to it soonish, it's my daily- had it just coming up to one year. Sounds like you'll have it back just in time for some nicer weather 👍

Might catch you at some of the local car shows coming up at Cliffsend Viking Ship or Minnis bay
