Xenon Headlights/Turn Signals
I have an '04 Z4 and my passenger side front turn signal bulb went out. I was getting my throttle body replaced at my indy so I asked him to go ahead and replace it while I'm here. He comes back and tells me that it's not the bulb, it's the headlight housing. BMW integrated the turn signal into the Xenon housing. The wire is burned out and it will set me back $2,000 but I can get a deal on both for only $3,899. Has anyone heard of this, or better yet know of a cheaper fix? Thank you in advance.

Best post this in the E85/E86 if it’s an 04 Z4..this section is for E89s..so tech support may be limited 
We choose to go to on with this endeavour at this time and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard…
