03 Z4 3.0i transmission yellow cog warning

I've replaced entire cooling system. Water pump , thermostat. Belts. Oil change
Long line of things led to entire cooling system replacement. Ultimately the car transmission went into limp mode. Now all is fixed however transmission refuses to come and stay back on line. Plz help.

Most likely water got into the position switch mounted under the gearbox.

I have had this issue before and sometimes you can get the car to start properly by putting it in Neutral instead of Park before you start the engine.

Most people look at all the new posts I think, so it'll be seen where it is, don't worry.
