Carly error code 00A692?

Purchased a Z4 2.3 2011 in July.
Had a couple of issues with the roof and red light flashing.
Bought a Carly coder to check for faults.
None were stored when read with Carly.

Today had another problem.
Red light started flashing - no roof buttons pressed.
All door windows would not operate.
Plugged in Carly and it came up with 00A692, microswitch rear end module closed right.

Light went out again with windows operating once more.

Does this mean switch defective or cable break?
If so what switch should be changed.

Also is there a Carly Code Error list anywhere for all the hall sensors and microswitches.
Think I'm going to have more problems and all help will be welcome.
