Oxfordshire meet, any interest?

Just putting the feelers out, how many would be interested in an Oxfordshire meet? Thinking potentially this place https://www.kingsleycars.co.uk/refuel-cafe/

If there’s enough interest I’ll contact them and start looking at dates etc. Obviously not just limited to those in Oxfordshire area, all welcome!

I'm going to a BMW meet in Oxfordshire on Monday - at Bicester!

But I could be interested in your suggestion, depending on date/time.

The M meet at Bicester heritage? Gutted, only about 15 miles from me but tickets sold out

I was thinking end of September time maybe? I’ve contacted Kingsley cars just asking what the criteria is and dates they may have available…

Towards the end of September would be fine for me, but don't forget firebobby has organised the AV8 meet on the 23rd. It's not too far from Oxfordshire really!

Yes, there should be a few of us going to AV8 again, are you both coming.
We've stopped at the Kingsley cars, it's an amazing place.
The work they carry out on Land Rover's, is amazing.
Mind, so are the prices they charge

So here’s an idea from a non Oxford resident,,,

Newbury isn’t far from Oxford right?

And a nice cruise down the A34….

Basically an informal (or formally planned sometimes) place to go for a coffee, see cars, hang out and chat.

If it’s not a terrible distance (half hour from Oxford centre) we could do a meet there and prob get some Surrey lot in for it too!

To be honest I kind of forgot, as I emailed Kingsley and never got a reply!

Definitely sounds like a plan - Running out of decent days left in the year now, so I'll do some digging!

Any of you free Wed 11th afternoon?

Podium does a “late” opening extending from 1600 to 2000 which suits most working fold midweek.
Nothing official, just arrive for coffee and snacks (they usually do some food of some sort on their Wednesday’s I’ve been before)
No idea what the weather is but a random idea
