Had these modified and reconditioned by Rob. Did excellent job with wiring and adapter plate.
Kept me updated with the progress.
Made a big difference to ride and comfort.

And I’ve seen Rob’s Maldives with New England beige E89 seats. A professional standard finish which looks perfect!
An excellent upgrade.

So glad you managed to get them fitted in the car with no problems.
When you said you wanted them because you were going on a road trip I was a bit worried in case you found them uncomfortable but alas I needn't of worried. You've ended up testing them more than I have!
They look smashing in your car

Can you get them as low as the OEM seats Dean...?

Hi, yes you can. Am 6ft and not exactly a whippet! Plenty of legroom still. I was going to have to the E85 m sport seats but these were a better option for me. You get the comfy seat base but the sporty backrest. I did 470 miles the other week and it was a massive improvement over the OEM seats

When Phileas Fogg comes back from his holidays the plan is to measure the seats in my car and measure the E85 M-Sports in his, comparing side by side

I am aware I’m holding up the production line chaps. Got two customer roof motors to do this weekend but hope to find time to fit the eps motor too, then the seat can go back in.

Thanks for that squire.

Planning to put my 35i seats in the M Roady as the M seats are truly crap frankly.

I agree, nice seats to look at but not the comfiest. Am built more for comfort than speed. I think the E89 seats look more substantial than m sport seats

If I knew that was your plan I could have sent you some connectors for that conversion as well!
I'll update my original thread for that conversion with all the connector numbers so you can order them.
