My Z4 has never failed an MOT (had 8 now), had two advisories, once for old tyres and once for corroded discs. Both were more than 3 years ago and it has had clean MOTs before and after. 31k miles on a ten year old car. Gets a score in the 500s, so around 50%. I don't understand how the data is computed.
If it becomes a 'thing' and people start to take notice of it, it could devalue very very good cars and increase some of those not so good IMO.
All good things come to those who wait. I'm really impatient which explains a lot.

F31 320i. Good car.
E89 20i Now fully dried
Z3 'free litre'. Project and a half. Complicated!
Mazda3 sold
Tatty old R56 Mini Cooper. Money pit!

Don't mince your words but I agree its total nonsense, its utter crap and willingly be used by people who know nothing about cars and they will end up driving away junk based on what I can

My Z has 8 years life left in it, according to that.

The 30 year old Golf has 10 year left - just until I pay no more tax and MOT

The Golf condition is almost perfect though according to this.

Abarth 595 Comp.
Golf Clipper - collectors item
Z4 3.0si Black Sapphire
VW ID.3

Previous:
Z4M Silver Grey - non flimper spec (gone to Bing)
Z4 3.0 Toledo

I ran my RCZ through it and it did worse than the Z4  ... guess thats two cars I'll be scrapping then! The only way this will benefit you is if you get a high score that you can waft about to a potential buyer who hasn't got a clue. A lot of the cars on this forum are owned by people that fix squeaks and rattles immediately, (some cars on here are in better condition at 15 years than the average car at 3 years). I think in the 8 years I've owned mine it's been in the rain about 5 times. The previous owner of my RCZ wasn't a car person, used the MOT to gauge if anything needed to be done and then fixed it, the car is far from being a wreck. I've spent the last 5 months getting back to showroom condition, reports like this could/will only damage a potential sale.

So her 14 plate with 39k is nearly 300 points higher than my 0 miles (according to the website because they’ve no data) 2021 M40i. Like you and your M4, don’t think so :headbang:

If mine is because of lack of data, like I asked about, it should have a disclaimer of some sort saying can’t provide for vehicles under 3 yr old or something similar

Its utter bollocks Andy, its all based on mileage and MOT history, SWMBO DS3 Crossback scored mid 400 which is a joke as it only has 1 mot which it failed on tyres due to a splits we could not see.

If someone brought that to me if I was selling a car I would probably just tell them get lost before we even started - shows they no clue and will try to knock you down big time.
