Hi all,
Any one else experienced extremely slow and poor service from "BMW Direct Store"?
I have ordered a few pieces from there for my E85, front suspension components. The order said 5 days, nothing after 7 days. I contacted them and was then told me it'll 14 days from the order date. It got to 3 weeks and I still don't have the parts, the Ebay store wasn't able to give me a specific update and have got to the point where they seem to be ignoring my messages. I then had to raise a compliments ticket with BMW GB and they said it will take another 2 working days before I know the status.
Is this normal?
I don't know if I should cancel my order and find another source?!?!? I can't believe they never contacted me until I approached them asking for timing updates. Never had such poor communication from a Ebay store.
