I'm assuming the photos are in a different order to the poll?
Noticed there were not any more colourful options though

I wanted to vote for both shadow chrome and gloss black but couldn't so I put gloss black for contrast. But I think either would be nice.
Now, Sterling grey Z4 2.2 with cup holders, stubby aerial and sport seats. Roadsters ‘cause they’re great with the roof down.
Ford Anglia, Red Sprite, a few MG midgets, MGB Roadster and yellow Ford Capri, all gone many years now.

Was going to say the real life colour probably probably isnt representative in the images.
I put this on the other post but this is how mine used to look in shadow chrome.

Im not keen on dark wheels all the detail disappears they are hard to keep clean, black especially scratches like swirls, when they chip with inevitable stone chips etc, catch one and you have silver coming through. Just my opinion obviously but ive had (gunmetal grey which is about the same as graphite) on my Z4M coupe, gloss black on my Mini Cooper S and Clubman JCW.
I went through the same process with my Z4M years ago.

Below is an image of my CSLs and 224s both dirty but the 224s are gloss gunmetal grey but you can see how dull they are

Vs what they are like in when clean

All personal opinion but thought I would put a few pics up.

Ever thought of going for a bright silver? I went for a clean, bright Ferrari silver on mine.
Ignore the image in my sig - it's an old one.

How about black with a silver edge, like porsche or AMG?
I think that would suit a yellow Z.

Id go for satin black, just done that on the red porker..provides a nice contrast, or a gunmetal if you prefer something a bit lighter

I always found the darker wheels end up getting somewhat lost.
