Phoenixboy, that’s a lovely photo with a great view. Is it in South Devon, if so where is it?

Correction, it’s Topsham quay

Thought I recognised it as Topsham, I grew up in Exmouth. Used to be a pub years ago I think called the Bridge Inn in Topsham sold amazing real ale. Really quirky place

Yep, Bridge inn is still there.
Not been there recently, but as you say , a very quirky place.
