It’s a 2009 BMW Z4 sDrive35i Manual box

Allot of car, its quite apparent it’s not your average Z when you drive it.

thanks.

apologies if I'm being dumb, but I was wondering if it had the screen/idrive setup, or just the compartment?

As far as I was aware the 35is could have either.

I'm still getting to grips with my z4 knowledge!

It’s the first of the E89’s - The pretty one with the two big exhaust tailpipes either side.

The one with the pop up is from 2010 onwards with the DCT gearbox…

This it the manual, allot of fun to drive, I use it daily since I’ve had it and it still puts a grin on my face.

Getting married and in need of a van, so the car has now unfortunately go :(

Thanks

Perhaps you're slightly off with your years, as I've been looking at one currently on autotrader for a week or so that's a 2009 with idrive for 10k.

However, yours looks immaculate, better spec, nicer colours, more power and 35k less miles...

a little above what I was looking to spend, but good luck with the sale.

IDrive an option on all E89’s from introduction, also iDrive does NOT equate to level of stereo system in the car, this was also an option

GLWTS OP, lovely looking car, might be worth putting up details of mods/works done to get to 410 bhp :D

G29 M40i Thundernight with Ivory interior, all option packs (here for a while, hopefully )
G29 M40i Misano Blue all option packs (Gone 26k of fun)
E89 35iS, Valencia Orange, Design Pure Traction pack (Gone)
    E89 23i sDrive, Silver (Gone)

Not off with anything, if you think the above drives and the goes the same as mine, all the best to you…

The proof is in the pudding…when you drive the car it speaks for itself.

I just meant in terms of the idrive availability dates... Not saying the other one is a better car.

But yeah, yours looks amazing to be fair. Good luck.

Idrive is the sat nav flip up screen, nothing to do with how a car drives or what's been done to it, and you could order a new 2009 car with it if you wished.

out of interest what do the red lines on the dyno refer to?
We choose to go to on with this endeavour at this time and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard…
