Hello!

Long time listener, first time caller.

Just bought my dream car since I was a child. A 3ltr E85 '03. Drove it all the way back from Hull tonight.

Wanted to say hello and thank you for welcoming me to the forum.

I have a few questions, and initial worries about certain things that come with buying an old car - but I'll save that all for now and just say hello.

Thanks

Hello.
You deserve a prize for going to Hull to fetch a car. (or 'ull as they call it).

That's dedication just there!
All good things come to those who wait. I'm really impatient which explains a lot.

F31 320i. Good car.
E89 20i Now fully dried
Z3 'free litre'. Project and a half. Complicated!
Mazda3 sold
Tatty old R56 Mini Cooper. Money pit!

Dedication, or desperation, or stupidity... time will tell.

Thanks though, 'umber Bridge was a great spot to test drive!

Welcome aboard OP.
With a name like that I'd guess a trip to Hull was no issue.
Were you tempted to sweep north and pillage the Scots? :D

Thanks for the welcome guys, here are some photos!

Car's booked in with a specialist tomorrow to investigate a slight coolant leak, and a noise at idle - trying not to worry too much, but wallet is at the ready.
