Nothing to do with me, but this FB Marketplace ad E86 looks like with a bit of a clean and a new reflector, could be a bit of a bargain if it all checks out. 162k miles and a years MOT for just £3995.
I’d go for it myself, but value my life at home!

9 previous owners, the ones between 2015 to 2018 were not good. The rear bumper is misaligned, one of the leather seats is worn, and the rear driver's wing has been changed. Despite the heroic efforts of her previous drivers, there is no accident history. Overall, not too bad if you want a coupe and have time and money to fix it.

How can you tell anything about the owners, or are you just going by the MOT history?raymond.harper wrote: ↑Sun Apr 16, 2023 1:27 pm 9 previous owners, the ones between 2015 to 2018 were not good. Seems a bargain for the time it takes to replace a few bumper clips, Furniture Clinic the bolster and machine polish the bodywork. At that price and looking at the MOT history, the number of owners really wouldn’t stop me from sleeping.raymond.harper wrote: ↑Sun Apr 16, 2023 1:27 pm 9 previous owners, the ones between 2015 to 2018 were not good. Yep, went to have a look at this yesterday. Every panel needs work. Bad scratches on bonnet. Numerous lights on dash, abs, airbag etc. very tired looking. Didn’t bother driving it as did not want to waste my or sellers time. It’s a £3k car in my opinion. Lots of panels mis-aligned. Has had a tired old life. No record of water-pump or anything besides starter being done. No recent service history really. Would be worth a punt for someone who could do bodywork themselves but was too far gone for me.

Does sounds like a £3k car with £1500k/time spending on it to bring up to scratch. Feel sorry for it.craiginuk wrote: ↑Sun Apr 16, 2023 4:03 pm Yep, went to have a look at this yesterday. I think this could be a good buy for someone who can do the work themselves.

Even as a parts car you'd make money. But better to restore as a project

Agree seems a shame when rare cars are broken for parts!TOMGREEN413 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 20, 2023 8:33 am Even as a parts car you'd make money. But better to restore as a project
