Cruise Control Loom

Post by Calps » Tue Mar 28, 2023 11:14 am

I have the stalk, just need the loom.

If anyone has one they're willing to part with (ideally with installation instructions), or can point me in the correct direction, that'd be great.

I think a forum member used to make custom cruise looms for the different engines, I had 1 off them and it worked for my 2.0i but now since the engine has been upgraded to the 3.0Si I need another so I’ll see if I can find them (think it may have been srhutch)

Thank you all.

I was aware srhutch had provided these in the past, however I didn't know if that was still the case, and also wasn't sure of engagement etiquette, and so opted to post here instead.

Sounds like the forum equivalent of the Bat Signal has been activated though :D

Jingle, you just need to plug your loom in a different position on the ECU. I can resend the instructions, pm me your email.

Hi mate, I still have your original email with the instructions... problem is the cars main loom has been removed for the 2,0i and replaced for the 3.0Si loom so I don't actually have any idea what wires are still there, or scrapped with the old loom etc. might just be easier to buy another 3.0Si loom if you still have 1?
