Repair it or break it

Post by beem » Sun Mar 26, 2023 11:12 am

Hi just putting the feelers out to see if it worth breaking for spares or sold as is, I had two accidents in it in February one person reversed into while it was parked, they admitted full responsibility and then the next day somebody swiped the other side again admitted full responsibility while parked again, it needs two front wings and repair to passenger door and the front wheel refurbished but the others need doing to match, insurance has written it off, so I am getting paid out, I can have the car back and sure I can get repaired for half the price they say, or do I break it for spares attached is the photo from last year march when I got it back from being repaired last time, that was a hit and run, so you could say its jinxedImage[/img] and also the damaged pics

Now, Sterling grey Z4 2.2 with cup holders, stubby aerial and sport seats. Roadsters ‘cause they’re great with the roof down.
Ford Anglia, Red Sprite, a few MG midgets, MGB Roadster and yellow Ford Capri, all gone many years now.

It's a nice looking car and would be a shame to loose it. As always depends if you are going to keep it once repaired or try and sell with a cat.

That's a shame, really sorry to hear that! Hard to believe two bad strikes in a roll like that.
