It's mine.
The car is still registered in my name and I'm currently the legal owner and unsure why it has been listed by the fleet management company. They legally do not own the vehicle and I haven’t signed any release forms for it to be sold.
They have identified it needs over £6k of works.....

Very strange, and very scary at the same time, feels like its your property and remains your property until we (the insurers) decide its not.
