E85/6 bottom cover in front of wheelarch
Hi,
I recently ordered this item from the dealer webshop, finding out they can no longer supply it (from Germany). All other sources are out of supply as well
The one on my car is split and I need a new one since it is beyond repair.
Part number: 51717168996 (bottom right)
#6 on realoem: https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/showpa ... Id=51_4951
Does someone have a good one lying around they want to sell?

These often split, but can usually be successfully repaired using a plastic stapling/welding kit. Much cheaper than buying a new one, although no good if you’re OCD about having perfect parts.

Thanks for thinking along, I am from the Netherlands.
Jay Winship or Maz Cool or EZ & BW don’t say anything to me, are they parts suppliers?
Currently trying to source a bmw breaker that has a Z4 without a smashed front to find a piece still intact. Unfortunately mine was held on by the screws to the surrounding elements only, real bad. Yes is not a visible parts, though should give a certain structure. Imagine what happens down there below the bumper when doing 240 on the Autobahn
Don’t mind to buy one new if still available but probably better off with one from a salvage car, only where to find one?

E86|3.0SI, I'm sorry but I recently sold the pair I had.
Try bigwinn, umfaan, or Street on this forum.
I've referenced them so they should get a notification anyway.
As you're aware, these panels are fragile and you may have to settle for one with a little bit of wear.
Good luck

@street
That sounds great, do you want to sell the righthand side one?
