I'm confused by the generally bad rep the 19" wheels get for being a worse drive. I've had 19's on my old 2.5 and on my current 3.5is (although with adaptive suspension), and have never felt it to be harsh or hard. The only downside (which is valid) is their potential to crack...
The country roads round here are very poor (potholes and broken/uneven surfaces, with narrow and perhaps sharp edges). They're a lot of fun to drive, but do I find the 19s with runflats to be very hard, especially compared with my estate car
. Mine has the MSport suspension as well.
On a motorway or smooth main road they're fine, but the car is made to live on the twisty ones with nice ups and downs that are barely wide enough to go down
