Suspension geometry Question...

A question to all you knowledgeable Z4 folk.
Ive had my M40i for about a year, and am loving it...
But from time to time the car skips about on uneven surfaces.
I was just wondering what suspension settings you are using.
Is there a "fast road " setting that can be "dialled in" to the car.
On all my previous cars I have had the geometry set up on a fast road setting.. All done on a Hunter alignment rig.
I dont really want to go off the recommended BMW settings, as ive found them to be to vague, and wide ranging.
Hoping somebody else has had the same issue and can let me have the settings.
